Round The Clock

The Art of Coexistence: Round The Clock at the Venice Biennale

Against the backdrop of the 54th Venice Biennale, where the global art world converges to define the zeitgeist, Round The Clock arrived as a vital, grounding force. Organized as an official Collateral Event, this high-profile exhibition was an urgent call to rediscover a foundational respect for the environments we inhabit.

Through the strategic communication and creative lens of Fortunato Productions, the project facilitated a direct, powerful dialogue between contemporary art and sustainable ecosystems. Round The Clock challenged humanity to relearn the art of coexistence with the natural world.

The Art of "Modest Means"

Curated by Martina Cavallarin, the exhibition centered on the transformative power of "modest means." This concept challenged artists to look toward the raw and the recovered—materials often discarded by society—and elevate them into sophisticated artistic statements.

From ash and earth to cardboard and recycled plexiglass, the featured works proved that the most profound insights often emerge from the most humble origins. By stripping away excess, the artists highlighted the beauty and fragility of our resources, forcing a confrontation with our own consumption habits.

A Global Collective

The exhibition brought together a diverse roster of international visionaries, each contributing a unique perspective to the sustainable narrative:

Francesco Bocchini, Ulrich Egger, Eva Jospin, Chiara Lecca, Serafino Maiorano, Gianni Moretti, Maria Elisabetta Novello, Svetlana Ostapovici, David Rickard, Antonio Riello, Matteo Sanna, Wilhelm Scheruebl, Silvia Vendramel, Devis Venturelli, and Peter Welz.

Together, these artists transformed the space into a living laboratory for environmental stewardship. Round The Clock remains a landmark moment in the EcoArt Project timeline, serving as a blueprint for how art can—and must—address the global climate emergency.
